The Appt began with one appointment. A stylist was doing a client's hair before a shoot. The client, an influencer with a packed schedule, asked if the stylist could come to her place instead. It was faster, it was easier, and it made sense.

Word got around. Other clients wanted the same thing, because life is busy and a salon trip is one more errand to squeeze in. Then bridal parties wanted it for the morning of. Regulars wanted it on a weeknight. The pattern was clear: people wanted their provider to come to them.
