With the provider you book, so they can serve you. They receive your name, contact details, and booking information.

With Stripe, to process payments.

With service providers that help us operate, such as email delivery and hosting.

We don't sell your personal information.

Payments are handled by Stripe. Your payment information is also subject to Stripe's privacy policy. We do not store full card numbers on our systems.

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. We use reasonable measures to protect it, though no method of storage or transmission is completely secure.

You can access, update, or delete your account information by emailing hello@theappt.com. We use cookies and similar technology to keep you signed in and understand how the platform is used.

The platform is intended for adults. It is not directed at anyone under 18.
